HOW DO I RESERVE A SPECIFIC PROPERTY?
To take a property off the market, you’ll need to be approved and submit the security deposit. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable until your lease is completed. If you decide not to move in, we’re unable to refund it, as it helps cover the rent lost while the property was off the market. We understand this is an important decision, so we encourage you to reserve a property only when you're sure it's the right fit for you.
DO WE ACCEPT PETS?
We do accept small dogs (<25 pounds) and cats. Pets are an additional $250 one-time non-refundable pet fee per pet plus $50 per month pet rent. All emotional support pets are required to be approved by a third party verificaiton service
HOW DO I KNOW IF I WILL BE APPROVED FOR A PROPERTY?

We know your time and money are important, and we want to help you make the most of both. In many cases, applicants who don’t qualify are denied for reasons we could have identified beforehand. If you’re unsure about your approval chances, feel free to reach out! We’re happy to give you a good idea of where you stand before you submit an application. This way, you can apply with confidence, knowing your application fee is being put to good use.
